TextMate like editor at last for Windows at last
Intype is a code editor for windows that has been heavily influenced by TextMate. It?s currently only in Alpha but looks quite stable to me. It supports Snippets, Bundles and some is compatible with some TextMate bundles.
Check out the FAQ and give it a whirl if you are a windows developer.
They have support forums too.
